Cancellation Policy

I get it girl, life happens!! Baby gets sick, flat tire, alarm didn’t go off; I know, it happens to me too. So that’s why I’ve curated this cancellation policy so it’s fair for everyone!
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’re good! and we can rebook as usual.
If you contact me day of your appointment
to cancel, because life happens! You will be REQUIRED to make a the 50% deposit to create your next appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit!
If you do not arrive within the 15 minutes of your appointment time or call ahead to cancel your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the service booked from the card on file.

You will be REQUIRED to make a 25% deposit to create your FIRST appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit!
